I have just watched Laureate's DVD release of "Charade" and listened with great interest to your commentary. I have been a Cinephile since my early teens, now in my thirties I am a freelance film reviewer and critic who regularly contributed to Carlton TV's Popcorn website until it closed last month when the company was absorbed under the ITV umbrella.

I am looking for project work and I was delighted after visiting this website to see that Laureate is a UK company with a commitment to releasing classic movies on DVD at competitive prices with quality extras and insightful commentary. I would love to be a part of your team and perhaps help with researching and writing material for future releases.

I also have some experience in obtaining rights and distribution deals and have been working with Contender (Kult TV) on their "Avengers" DVD releases and with A&E and Python (Pictures) Ltd. on their "Monty Python" DVD releases.

I have many ideas and a list of classic films and TV series that I believe should be preserved and made available for new audiences to enjoy them. I look forward to hearing all about your plans and future projects and hope that I can be involved in your continued success.

I have also written a comic screenplay about the life and times of George and Ira Gershwin and I would be very interested to hear your thoughts on it, as it's my dream to see it up on the big screen one day!
