Yesterday I received the WARNER LEGENDS COLLECTION (Region 1) - The Adventures of Robin Hood, Yankee Doodle Dandy and The Treasure of the Sierra Madre (plus a feature length WB Documentary).

Each of the 3 films has 2 Discs with lots of extras including well researched commentaries by Film Historians, excellent prints and sound quality.

If all of this sounds familiar it must surely be that they have realised that with vintage films Laureate have set the standards and that is the WAY TO GO.

Jack,

You're too kind. The reactions to our product have been uniformly enthusiastic and I'm always pleased to get such kind comments from people like yourself. I feel that we're all movie buffs together - and there are a lot more of us out there than people realise.

That Warner Bros Legends Collection 6-disc set sounds wonderful and I'll be picking up a copy as soon as I get to LA later this month. I'm sure that you're also aware of a new 2-disc Special Edition of "Casablanca" that Warners have issued recently.

As for the future, the Universal connection will be presenting a whole smorgasboard of goodies for next year.
So watch this space.

Thanks, Jack for your encouragement. It really is much appreciated.

Sincerely
Ken Barnes
