I am looking for 1949 Classic "It Happens Every Spring" on DVD. Can anyone help?

Dear Anonymous Kay,

I do recall the comedy "It Happens Every Spring" - starring Ray Milland and Jean Peters - a Paramount Picture from 1949 directed by Lloyd Bacon. As far as I know, it's not on DVD anywhere, more's the pity. Nor has it been seen on TV as far as I can remember. I did see it about 15 years ago at a revival cinema in Los Angeles and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Since it's 1949, it may currently be owned by Universal.
I'll see what can be done.
