Following your link to the amazon.co.uk website, I see that
they are selling Charade as 'no extras' and region 2 encoded.

Looking carefully at their box image, though, you can see that the box carries your 'not regionally encoded' text (I've got Royal Wedding already).

I think it would be useful if you could check this and get them to correct it if they are wrong: you may be losing sales if US buyers are put off by the supposed restriction.

Thank you for pointing this out. I must admit that I've been so busy lately that I haven't had time to check out these points.

You're absolutely right. We could be losing out on sales because of this error. I'll take steps this week to have it rectified.
