No, I don't recognise this version at all. The one I am connected with - that has the support and involvement of Sinatra Enterprises - is the NTSV 2-disc Special Edition on Hart Sharp Video in the USA. A UK and European release of this edition is currently being discussed and it may even be released before the end of the year - depending on negotiations.
