I was very surprised about the fine bariton singing George Sanders did in the 1953 Fox film version of the Broadway musical CALL ME MADAM. Are there any other recordings/movies/TV shows known to exist which also present George Sanders singing ?

Although Sanders was a trained singer, "Call Me Madam" was the only film in which he sang. I believe he did do a number of TV appearances in the 1950s where he sang. I can recall a Perry Como show - and I'm fairly certain he made an album of show songs. All are rather difficult to obtain these days.
